Best gym around! Awesome classes, updated equipment, brand new spin bikes, cardio cinema room, juice bar, sauna, ladies area, onsite daycare, massage studio, physical therapist. Great instructors. Owners are by far the best since the inseption of this gym! Always making improvements, adding classes, buying new machines, cardio and weights and upgrading!
Big place with lots of variety, but things break down often and take weeks to fix. Dumbbells are old and falling apart. But it's the only gym in the area.
Decent facility. Beware that you will have to pay for an extra month when you go to cancel your membership. This is due to the way they "process their payments". Cancel in December pay through January. What a great way to end a relationship with someone who has been a member for over 8 years.
Good facility, well maintained, nice knowledgeable staff. Good cardio as well as free weight area with dumbbells that go to 120lbs, a rarity these days.
The staff is always friendly and willing to help! I have had wonderful customer service. In addition, the facility is very well kept and there is a large variety of machines to use! Would definitely recommend this gym to my friends/family. I have attended other golds gyms in the area and have not experienced the same friendliness and cleanliness!
