They have messed up order after order. They can't handle a modified cart if you order online, they WILL NOT PACK THE ORDER CORRECTLY. Their employees have cursed at me (told me to F*** off when trying to discuss issues and not allowing them to be disrespectful). They have delivered $40 worth of things to the wrong person, having put the wrong name tag on food from my order and didn't deliver it for 24 hours and did nothing to make up for the inconvenience despite my being very friendly and patient with them. Even the manager is rude. Today someone said whatever to me after they messed up my order yet again and I was explaining how many times this had happened and the fact I wanted my order cancelled and I wouldn't be ordering from them anymore and hung up on me.

I've spoken to the manager at LEAST six times for different issues (order not arriving at all and not showing up for hours, my account being double charged for ONE ORDER because they messed up), there was an order that was hours late and they tried to tell me they had no record of it and tried to blow me off, I had to explain someone had already called to confirm the order that morning and that I received the e-mail stating that my order was ready. It took them hours to find it, they had packed it onto the wrong truck and they were very late delivering it and didn't care or do anything to make up for the hassle or even APOLOGIZE TO ME for trying to insist I hadn't ordered at all. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes. They don't seem to care at all about their customers. They are rude regardless of how calm and polite you are when they are the ones messing up. I wasn't very polite this last time as I lost my temper, I've had it with them dismissing me. The manager literally said to me today that it wasn't his fault the order was messed up and I had to point out that he's responsible for the behavior of his staff and the mistakes they keep making. The manager doesn't hold anyone accountable and literally doesn't care if his employees mess up and are horribly unprofessional and rude.

Don't bother with their home delivery!! It's a MESS and they take NO RESPONSIBILITY AT ALL for the messes that they create. Their manager couldn't care less about the integrity of his store or his employees and the services offered. I never have to deal with this when I order from Peapod so I'll be bringing my business to them from now on.

The setup is a bit weird, but i suppose I would adjust. It isnt near us but is on rt 140 which is convenient. Produce looked ok. Some of the bell peppers had some markings on them.

I will NEVER do business with them again. I am currently in the process of speaking to someone higher than the manager because the way their employees and manager have handled me repeatedly, especially this time around, is astounding. I don't know how these people stay in business.

Roche Bros is always fantastic, but a little on the pricey side. You get what you pay for: quality and good customer service. Also, this Roche Bros doesn't carry sushi like the other RBs. It's a little smaller than your standard Roche Bros.

I have been using the Norton store for home delivery for several months now. I used to use PEAPOD, but the selection of organics is better at roche bros so I tried switching. They have double charged me and thrown my account into overdraft in the past after a long discussion where I was told that would not happen, after THEY messed up my order.

Just an update, they charged my bank account after I cancelled and told me they would not be putting the money back until the next day. Leaving me no food or water (knowingly) and my cats without food. It is now the next day and the money still has not been replaced to my account. I haven't eaten in over 24 hours and I am sick and furious. I've had to contact my bank over this.
