I had made an appointment for myself and my bridesmaids to get our nails done before my wedding. This was about 2 months ago, and for some reason they had written my name down on a piece of paper and didn't add it to their book, and said that they would. When I called today to double check the time, they didn't have me scheduled for anything. When I asked if myself and my bridemaids could come still come in at the time I thought I was scheduled, I was told the best they could do is 2pm, which I couldn't. I am very, very, very disappointed in this place. I went here to get ready for my cousins wedding and loved the place and it's calming atmosphere. I will never be going again, not will I recommend this place to anyone anymore.
