I had a great experience dealing with Lucas Rei. I had a problem area below several skylights and water damage the insurance company refused to cover. I had several local companys come look at my property and one company with supposed national coverage. Only Lucas was willing to go toe to toe with the insurance company after they had denied the claim. It did take some time but in the end they covered a significant portion of the replacement cost. Rei also found covered defects on the skylights that none of the contractors were aware of which saved me thousands in replacement cost. Thank you. Andrew Keach
This business will RIP YOU OFF! They LIE. We had a roof done and it had a ten year warranty, the problem is the warranty is only as good as the person's word.. This one was NO GOOD.After the first year the roof leaked and then it took Rei Roofing about 6 years to finally come fix the roof again. Yes, SIX YEARS! They had so many excuses and just did not show up. I can go on and give you details, but the gist is, he is not an honest business man. He will counter with his made up version of what happened.. Just stop in the Bedding Center and look for yourself, you will see the leaks and I will show you the dated contract! But, why risk hiring him? After all if I am right look what you have to lose...
I had damage from ice dams back in 2015 that became apparent when one of my skylights leaked and resulted in water stains on my ceilings. Rei Roofing was a referral we used, and they were very efficient in getting out to do an estimate and assess the damage. It turns out ice dam removal affected the entire roof, which I was able to have covered because Rei Roofing worked with the insurance adjuster to make that happen. The roof has been replaced and it looks great! Much appreciation!
