Everytime either me or a family goes in there this older woman is INCREDIBLY rude to us. She is so miserable and is definitely going to ruin that buisness if she remains the person you are dealing with. I have worked with people for many years now and to this day I have never met someone so unhelpful and rude in my entire life. Do not go here unless you want to be critized for items you are dropping off. If I could rate lower than one star, I would.
