We took our car another place for a sticker the next day with our rejection inspection with the review from High Tech Auto and it passed. So with this said we are never going to go to High Tech Automotive again, feeling like he was taking advantage of his customers and rude to us. So buyer beware is all I can say.
I took my car to get an oil change and an inspection sticker to High Tech Automotive. My whole family has been going here for years. The rejected my car and for reasons that have been already fixed or up to date on my car. My husband called to speak with someone about the rejection and the owner George was very heated and could not answer his questions so he hung up on my husband, my husband called back and he hung up again and he was not nice over the phone. Very disappointed on the customer service care and the professionalism he seems to lack to be able to speak with paying customers.
I couldn't agree more with the last review. I think they look for reasons to fail you for an inspection sticker. Especially if you have a "green plate". Run... dont go there because they will say its "unreadable" and wont pass you when it perfectly is. I could see if what they were saying was true because there are some "unreadable plates" but mine clearly wasn't one of them! Very very disappointed. For this reason I will never go back there. And then the guy laughed when I returned to get my sticker after I went to registry and got my new plates. Yea very funny wasn't it???

I had a very pleasant experience here from a customer service and a business perspective. I went for an inspection and it was performed in a timely manner without a prior reservation. While I waited I was very impressed by the cleanliness and modernity of the shop and offices/waiting area. It gave me the impression that they reinvest in the business and are looking to give the customers a consistent, positive experience. I'll be coming back!
