I have been customer for over thirty years. Norton office so slow, waited 45 min when I gave up and left, not before others left, I will never go back to that office.....

It turns out my bank froze the card because of possible fraud due to a skimmer scheme. Still the woman was RUDE! Thank God they are not my bank.
The woman I spoke to was dismissive about my ATM card being held and because I wasn't a customer they would just shred the card. She kept repeating "it's bank policy".
I've been a customer since early 80's. Local bank with a big bank options. Staff is friendly and helpful.
